The room I initially booked was not as described and was not ready upon arrival, leading to a smaller room with higher costs.

They provided us with valuable information on places to visit and eat, as well as arranging transportation and even packing us a breakfast to go when we had an early departure. The hotel's location was perfect, situated on a quiet pedestrian street just around the corner from downtown Pest. It was also conveniently close to a tram stop and within easy reach of the city's activities.

This made it incredibly easy to explore all the attractions in Budapest. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service from the moment I arrived. And lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with excellent air-conditioning and a tiny shower inside. The breakfast, prepared by the Venetian chef who owned the place, was delicious with a variety of options and yummy pastries.

I couldn't find any faults with this hotel. Everything was just right.
